We’re especially proud of this honor, as it’s based on feedback from our employees; Seattle Business Magazine asked Gilmore Research Group to survey employees and come up with an initial ranking; then a panel of judges reviewed the results and made the final rankings. Again, you can’t get much better than being highly rated by your own employees, and this year brought a second employee-driven honor: Produxs was one of 85 companies named as finalists in the Puget Sound Business Journal’s 2012 “Washington’s Best Workplaces” competition.
Produxs and the other 84 finalists received the highest scores from their own employees.
In an article about the competition, Assistant Managing Editor Becky Monk wrote that the PSBJ “set out to find companies where the employees proclaim their employer is ‘The Best.’ Our research revealed much — from communication strategies to benefits to perks — that companies provide.”
We were pleased to be part of the awards celebration at Safeco Field in August.
